For people who are confused, Woukong is more of a God of War type game. It’s basically a mixture of God of War and Souls games. It is a hard gameplay but not as hard as elden ring, if you’re wondering.

I don’t care what the devs say, this game plays like Sekiro, but with dodging instead of parrying. If you don’t have fast reflexes you’re gonna have a hard time. Period. No you don’t lose your souls and all that, but the enemies respawn each time you die and you will totally get stuck on some bosses and have to go find some other stuff to do. I’m running through it just fine, I’m just tired of the lying. YES IT IS A TRYHARD GAME

I am currently playing elden ring and im 50 hours into it, it the first souls like game i have played and the main issue is not the difficulty of the game as it is apparent that you need to level up and get stronger by explorning the shit of the early game areas but the main issue here is that the game feels connected and disconnected and this due to the game not helping you with any kind of hints or any clear instructions pn how to do the quests, this is pain for me right now since any wrong moves and i might miss up a whole quest line.

I think it feels like a sekiro for normal people lol, you will die a lot, there are difficult bosses, but there's also an easy to follow, straightforward story, a relatively linear path you need to take, and a lot of bs mechanics removed. It's a really well done, beautiful game with its own identity.

From what I'm seeing with the game play is that it's an action game with souls like mechanics like with your weapons and skills and quest lines but just a bit easier
