a tyrant has to have an unarmed population in order maintain control - all you need to do is examine what is going on in Russia. The question always come up "why don't the people revolt", well just how would you accomplish that?? There is a reason for the American oath "defend against the enemy without and the enemy within "

What’s more interesting is how ingrained firearms are in our history! I’ve been studying world war firearms and the fact we as Canadians used to make HUOT automatic rifles, BREN LMGs and some of history’s best designs were by Canadians. M1 Garands were made by a Canadian living in the US. The only thing that isn’t Canadian is the Trudeau family and all those pampered people who voted firearms out of our history in the name of safety. WW1 we were the fiercest soldiers, after Trudeau we were mocked with most countries joking our army was some drunks with hockey sticks and our navy was just a dude in a canoe tossing hockey pucks.

I have to wonder what would happen if the alphabet community was treated the same as the gun community! I bet there would be holy hell to pay and Justin would be recoiling in a corner somewhere like a child! Why are we treated so differently and why are not 2.2 million licensed gun owners outraged for being treated the way we are. Great speech by Andrew.

EXACTLY..!! Canadian gun owners need to be able to use analogies which non-gun owning Canadians can understand, which in turn will turn the tide of ignorance. The property rights, rights to self defense, privacy rights, the right to be free from unjust search and seizure, and every other right being trampled on by the Canadian federal government.

Then there is the simple fact that laws only affect the LAW ABIDING, not those who knowingly and willingly break the laws.. Or the fact that it "gun control" creates a bigger black market which organized criminals profit from immensely.

How about the fact that politicians and those who are anti-gun are clueless on the root causes of violence and murder..? None of these problems will be solved if the root causes aren't addressed, and that goes for any problem.

Those who are anti-gun do not understand that firearms are mechanical works of art, which take skill and technique to use properly. They portray firearms as they see them on television and in movies on how guns are used by the bad guys..

What about the blatant hypocrisy of their narrative of how guns are bad, but.. not in the hands of the government and police...? They literally don't care how hypocritical and non-sensical they are. They are literally disproving their own argument.

And that's just scratching the surface.
