[3DS] How To Install & Use regionFOUR (9.2 - 9.7)

Listen to the commentary and leave your thoughts or feelings in the comments section. This is mt first 3DS tutorial where I talked during it. Also, this is not a demonstration (for the most part), it is just a guide. I don't actually perform the exploit in the video. So don't get mad in the comments, either.

This is my video tutorial on how to install and use the regionFOUR exploit/hack by Smealum. There are several other tutorials, as well. regionFOUR is a hack used to load out of region games on different region 3DS consoles.

It works on 9.7.0. This needs it's own paragraph, because everyone asks that on all my videos.

Compatible firmwares include 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, and 9.7. Please don't ask in the comments.

-TUTORIAL-
1. Turn on your 3DS.
2. Put Cubic Ninja in and boot it up. ROMs will work!
3. If you have Ninjhax installed, delete the data by pressing L+R+X+Y after pressing A on the title screen.
3. Navigate to Create -- QR Code -- Scan
4. On your PC or Internet Browser device, go to the above link and enter your consoles firmware information and click "Submit".
5. Scan the QR Code on your Internet Browser with your 3DS. It could, and might, take a while to line it up. The screen will freeze for a few seconds before booting the regionFOUR menu.
6. Follow the onscreen prompts. Eject your Cubic Ninja game cart and insert your out-of-region game.
7. Follow any other onscreen prompts if existant.
8. Enjoy!

The exploit will be installed to your save game, so you will NOT need to scan the QR Code every single time. That's just for installation.

I'm desperately seeking a way to update my imported Japanese 3DS games (Girls Mode 3 / One Piece GBX) I'm using an up to date U.S. NN3DS via regionFour and it works perfectly but I actually only imported them for features that are part of updates (they are the only two Amiibo supported games not released outside JP).  Is there any possible way to update them if I have both .cia updates? My only other tools besides what I said are a 3DS XL v9.6 and a R4sdhc Dual Core. I feel like I'm in a peculiar situation since most things I've read are for updating roms/skycards/piracy or earlier 3ds firmware. I'm not trying to become a dev or play free 3DS games. I legitimately just want to enjoy regionfour and the amiibo support for these games I paid for.
