The Cavs are 2nd in drives per game, yet they get no calls. IF they got the same whistle as OKC, Boston or Philly, they'd average 150 ppg. If they ever get any shred of respect, they will be even more unguardable than they are now.

JB Bickerstaff was a great coach and if The Cavaliers win it all he should be recognized for what he did which was to create a disciplined defensive team which you need to win it all. He did his job and it was time to move to the new coach who has obviously been an upgrade and will win coach of the year. Without JB I don't believe we would be where we are right now.

Cavs offense was probably less than middle of the pack last season, but their defense and hero ability of Mitchell and DG got them through a lot. Not only are they improved offensively, but they look, just giving it the eye test, like the best offense in the league this season. Their cohesiveness, continuity and intentionality are both beautiful and elite. They're also playing one of the top03 paces in the league... this is after having a bottom 5 pace the last 3 years.

The offense is being ran through Mobley much more often. His usage rate is way higher. This is great because he has a very high IQ, great vision and is highly unselfish. He was leading the league in hockey assists as of last week. He is 7' with a 7'5 armspan and he has elite coordination and quickness for his size. He has elite touch and a lot more skill than he is/was ever given credit for.. He is still learning his place and getting reps in this new role, but the Cavs really look unstoppable with it. They dominated The Warriors, who were the leagues best defense at the time. They outscored them in the first half 84 to 43. He will have at least a couple triple doubles this season... oh, and he is the overall best defender in the league.
