I have done tons of prenatal workouts with all four of my pregnancies, and this is by far my favorite! I love the pace, the mix of flow, strength, stretching, and I love your positive energy and amazing ability to lead while actually doing it, Heidi! Thanks so much! I'll be doing this workout consistently for a long time!

yes! finally a prego workout that is actually challenging. After doing it several times over the last week I can make it through the whole video on pace...and I'm in the 3rd trimester. You can do it ladies!

As far as previous comments about the fast pace, I LOVE the faster pace because getting my heart rate up during pregnancy has proven really helpful and important for me. I think it just depends on what you are looking for. For me, this is it!

Loved this! Finally a good prenatal yoga flow that challenges me :D I will return to this often in the next months. It is a little fast but as someone who has been doing yoga for a while I appreciate a practice that pushed my body without being too much <3

Agreed. I've been working out my whole pregnancy, but I'm 37 weeks now and couldn't really keep up in the transitions.

LOVED this routine. I agree, it was fast and difficult to keep up with (regardless of whether I'm pregnant or not) however, I broke a sweat, was never bored for even a second, and really felt a lot of deep stretches that I didn't feel with other videos. I'll definitely practice this and hopefully I'll eventually be able to do it in sync haha.

It is challenging, I didn’t see that coming after doing yoga for pregnancy with other coaches. But I managed to keep the pace, and I’m definitely doing this sequence again... I’m 30 weeks now and it was fine but unexpected 😂

I love your flow. I am in my 2nd trimester and starting to ease back into my yoga practice again. It gets a bit taxing since I haven't had much regular practice for almost 4months. But I thoroughly enjoyed it. It just shows how much I've missed a challenging flow. Pregnant or not.

I really liked this - it was a nice way to work up a little sweat without overexerting myself and I did not find it hard to follow. However, I have been practicing yoga for a couple years. I would recommend this video if you are confident in your yoga practice, your strength and your balance. If you're new to yoga or just looking for a nice relaxed exercise for your pregnancy, I would not start with this video.

I liked this. Most of the videos I've watched were more meditation than exercise and it's nice to be challenged. Yeah it feels a bit fast but it's not a big deal to sit out an exercise or two.

I do yoga daily and have done so for months before I conceived. I am now 20 weeks and unfortunately had to stop at 10 minutes. Very fast for me as a pregnant woman. Would be amazing pre- pregnancy though!

Finally a good prenatal yoga class! All the other videos on youtube are just breathing and stretching... Has she only made 3 videos? that's a pity! Does anyone know if she has more videos or a dvd?

I love that this prenatal yoga video is actually challenging on the muscles, and not just stretching. But I agree with all the comments about the transitions being too fast, especially without any verbal cues before the transition about what you're going to be doing next. Also...could do without all the nervous laughter, and the comments geared toward looking sexy while you're pregnant. It IS possible to feel okay about your pregnant body even without being able to flash super toned arms :)

Great flow! I love how challenging this was. I like the pace, many prenatal yoga series are much too slow for an experienced yogi! I might put something to that effect in the description, this would def be tough for pregnant ladies who didn't practise regularly
