For gamers who have a lot of games, I'd definitely look more into accessories than games because you don't want to get them a game they already have or that they've played and don't like. If you already know what games they like, I think visiting Etsy or the BoardGameGeek Store and getting upgraded components for their favorite game is good, also fancy inserts from Folded Space, Broken Token, Go7Gaming, etc. If you don't quite know their choice games, more general gifts that I've found gone over well include: dice trays, dice towers, dice bags, fancy dice (for the D&D/Pathfinders in your life), game bags (although this won't be as hot this year due to pandemic), deck/card storage boxes or card sleeves (for CCG players), playmats (these come in various sizes and might have fun or thematic artwork), nice quality poker chips, among others. Of course, the more you know about the kind of games they like and what they already have the better.

Great recommendations! Any of these would be better than the usual socks I'll have waiting under the tree.

FFG products I recommend. Great games. Buying my nephews Marvel Champions and Arkham horror.

Dune Imperium looks fun but I honestly think the board game is so much better. It is a bit of a commitment so I think these games occupy two separate spaces of gaming.

I actually had Small World of Warcraft in the basket, but the kids are 8 and 10 years old and it felt a little complicated... maybe next year

Silly me, but I don't know what the name "Roll for Crit" refers to. So I need to ask for all of you to fill me in and hopefully not tease me too badly.

Out of all those heavier games you mentioned, which one(s) are easier to teach & learn and most fun? Thank you, really enjoy your video.

I was hoping for a copy of Lisboa for Christmas, but then my washing machine broke down. That's what I'll be getting for Christmas.

The fun of Gloomhaven? never heard of it. I got Jaws of the Lion and spent like 65 hours over 14 missions, then got rid of it as it was extremely repetitive. Not even considering that, the game is ridiculously overrated in my opinion. A 6, 5/10 tops
