You are such a classy guy. So clear and well spoken, and best of all you are so natural, no chessy or insincere comments. That home is amazing, so classy, upmarket and luxurious looking. The people that own that house have real taste, suited to that property era.

My God. You don’t get more central than that location. Straight off Trafalgar Square. Right next to Charing Cross, over the road from Covent Garden and all that. Five minute walk you’re on Whitehall. Absolutely fantastic location. best I’ve seen.

Phenomenal property, but good luck getting the full 11 for it. Probably lucky to get nine. It needs two mil modernising it. Of course it’s nice, but it’s to the specific taste of the current owner. Whoever buys it is gonna want to gut the place take it back to the Brick and start again with their own

Hi Toby, it’s been a while…?? Wonderful home, as mentioned perhaps owned by a diplomat or a member of the House of Lords…. Impressive for sure….. just wondering there is a penthouse apartment for sale around £12M opposite the Houses of Parliament behind the London Eye, similar to the apartment he showcased around 18 months ago being sold through Knight Frank, perhaps you can get it on your Chanel, it’s been for sale for some time…??? 👍

Where’s the parking? £11 million and yet you’ll have to park your limousine or Ferrari outside as it doesn’t have any parking?

That's is either a company owned property, but more likely owned by a country that is downsizing for their ambassador.
Only other persons would be royals, commonwealth after seeing QE portrait.

Who is the MP moving out of there or diplomat? terribly dated with replica furnishings if I won the lottery that would all have to come out. I did like the servants kitchen actually that was cool. I don't like traditional furnishings it dates a space. Two floors of dressing rooms and an office or two. It will be a lovely home with all that space reclaimed by a family. Was there no garden? parking? For the amount and where it is aptly priced and a lift too. Well done Toby :)

I saw that your thumbnails can be better, so do you need a thumbnail designer.

Dated, not layed out for modern family living. More for a diplomatic residence or pass (as if i had the cash lol)

It’s so dated!! You would need another million pounds to update and furnish. The entire kitchen is dated. The carpets and furniture are just so old.

Just not at all homely whatsoever - and those red carpets are vile. Always surprises me how content people are to live in a showroom instead of a home
