I worked as a case manager at a detox for years. The most difficult patient to "get clean/sober" are the very intelligent patients. I'll take a 110 IQ patient over a 145 IQ patient ANYDAY! They/we are so smart, that we think WE know the best way to deal with life's issues. WE are among the smartest people we know. WE don't want to admit a substance BEAT US! And yes, I am that high IQ addict that DID get sober - after my brilliant mind made me lose EVERYTHING. Homeless! Finally crawled in for help and stopped thinking. Clean for 15 years, much more humble.

What is this video?! I see no whiskey glass in this lawyer’s hand! He seems sober and is coherently doing an analysis of a criminal case…? He’s not talking about degenerate things! He’s breaking down the law for the layman to understand. I don’t comprehend what this lawyer is doing!!

He'll take a plea bargain with mandatory drug and alcohol rehabilitation, community service hours, fines and a suspended sentence. But if he breaks the terms of his plea bargain, then he'll go to prison.

I want to feel bad for him, but I don’t. He as a husband and a father allowed this degeneracy inside his home and around his kids. Having a gf while being married is just asking to get yourself run over in a divorce/family court. And he should know this as he’s a lawyer. No excuse. I only feel for the kids in this. They’re the only ones deserving sympathy in this mess.

Praying for his children along with he and his family. I did listen to him up until the last year. He is a highly intelligent man, but with addiction it robs him, his children and many others. Hopefully he knows to listen, learn and not speak right now. Abstain from chemicals. This is heartbreaking. Get it together Nick.

I used to love watching high profile trials on his channel when he had a panel, this is very sad.
