some of my favorite red cards are Urabrask the hidden, Temur battle rage and Balefire Dragon lots of red goodness in those three cards.

hell, Vandalblast and Balasphemous act have a spot in my own Nicol Bolas EDH.
and the only reason chaos warp isn't in there is because the deck has acces to all the black removal.
so yea, i think this is a pretty damn solid list.

So I have a single Wheel of Fortune, and I run it and Reforge the Soul.

My boardwipes, beyond Blasphemous Act include:

* Supreme Verdict (can't be countered is relevant upside)
* Planar Cleansing (hits all nonland permanents)
* Austere Command (mostly for enchantments)
* Terminus (not sending cards to the graveyard, which stops reanimation and retrieval shenanigans)

I'm running other, better removal in other colors than Chaos Warp.

Surprised I didn't see Insurrection on the list. I have a lot of decks that run Warp World because it gets around difficult to remove creatures.

Funniest thing happening with Chaos Warp in a 12 player game I witnessed: Cards gets shuffled in, player who cast it requires other person for extra good shuffling. Same card gets revealed by Chaos Warp after 2 minutes of VERY intense shuffling ^^
