I bought an ipad on Monday and then read some reviews (wrong way round i appreciate!)

Then felt nervous. My experience was the same as yours though. Arrived today, so less than a week.

It is a present so haven’t done anything but open the box but all seems tip top including the two plugs.

Thank you so much for this video.... I ordered a Samsung A52s last night and something just felt off... They say they're UK based, when in fact they are based in China! Also I sent them an email, to which I received an automated message. I checked reviews and 85% are saying its a scam. I've opened up a dispute with PayPal just in case I don't receive anything... Your video has since reassured me that they are in fact a genuine company, just poor customer service 🙂

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S10 plus on the 30th July and had an email from DPD saying they had details of my parcel. It is now 5th August and nothing. I have watched a few videos informing me how to spot if it's fake or not. I am a bit excited but also apprehensive as it is over £600 and that is a lot for a fake phone. I will post again if it turns up and if it is real. Thank you for your video.

iv just ordered a ipad pro from this site. I heard some people had issues with their apple products and when they tried to repair in the apple store they couldn't as the parts used in the phone were not available in the UK. Is that a problem I should worry about? Or can it be avoided by using other repair shops?

Is this company covered if something went wrong under the section 75 consumer credit act? I tried paying through Thier website today but it only lets me a use a PayPal service. (Whether that be signing in or usi g the pay by card option and not signing in). Problem being is that PayPal cuts the direct line of transaction between retailer and consumer and makes section 75 protection a grey area. Have you had any experience with this websites customer service and or a return or claim with getting money back. I am interested in new Iphone SE on Thier site.
