Help me barspin bmx

i can throw it but i can't catch it :(
i know i do a mistake with my arms because i cross them..but how can i solve this problems??thank for your advice ;)

i think your throwing them x-up get the trowing motion dialed on flat ground and throw them with your left hand and catch them with your right, you should have them in no time ! you should go sub to my channel and ill sub to you !
