This backing track is so good that it makes my shitty solos sound decent.

I've been playing for 4 months and am very new to the concept of "scales". As soon as I learned the Am blues scale I came here to jam along, randomly climbing up and down the scale. This might be my first improv but man that felt so good!

Of all the tracks out there.... this one is the most favorable.

I played this backing track 1 1/2 hours and jammed to it with only the pentatonic scale and felt like a pro on my own stage.
Well done! Love it!!

Played 20+ years, very solid song guy, don't(didn't)play lead, very few very memorized licks. Playing with this track is the first time I've really committed to"jamming along", am making some pretty solid improvements quickly. Can't say enough, it's a magic track, highly recommended.

How could 50 people be so jacked up to vote this down? Thanks for the track and your time and for letting us use it.

15 million, is there ANY guitarist who hasn't played over it?

Excellent track! I particularly appreciate the fact that the dynamics change throughout the tune; it doesn't just loop the same monotonous feel throughout the whole thing. Makes it a LOT more interesting to play over.

God this makes a pentatonic scale seems so powerful

i was always too afraid to do improv (especially around others) because it felt too personal. with this backing track, i had so much fun! i feel like practicing with this often will help me feel more confident in my playing. thank you! :)

This is a great track. No ads or other interruptions. Just being able to stretch out for 11 minutes. Thank you very much. Cheers from New Zealand! 🇳🇿

Fantastic track to practice with. Someone was asking for the chord progression:-Am(x 4), Dm(x2), Am(x2), F, E7, Am, E7. I find playing C major pentatonic on the Am chords, and Am pentatonic on all other chords with modest variation works.

Why has it taken so long for me to find this track! Everything everybody else has said is true and for the first time i sound like i can actually play and i only know half a dozen pentatoic licks and 3 scale shapes. i was almost giving from lack of progress but this has given the breakthrough i needed to carry on, thank you so much.
