Really good exercises. I think that first one would be great for dancers. Thanks David.

What do you do if you still feel a pinching at the front of the ankle in the end range dorsiflexion position during these exercises? It's hard for me to feel the tension in the back side lengthening. Would it be best to take a step back and focus more on midfoot pronation?

Both of these exercises can also work really well for improving knee flexion & extension.

New here. At around 4’50”, the ankle/foot appears collapsed (apologies for the incorrect vernacular). Is this normal? Is this something to avoid? Does this need to be corrected?

Do you find that these drills change what the person is feeling if they typically feel that blocking in the front of the ankle? I'm curious if where someone feels it during these drill matters, or if the drills can be effective if someone is still feeling the block sensation in front of their ankle.
