Thanks for this recipe, Kevin. It looks amazing and I will probably be trying it. As a diabetic with a daughter recently diagnosed as well, this seems like something we would enjoy since we love our bread! Not really on Atkins or Keto but a diabetic diet is basically the same I think. Anyway, 1 carb per

I have been eating mostly keto for over five years. It is a healthy way to eat and has been very successful in helping me lose a lot of weight and reverse several major medical issues. Once in a while I eat real bread or something not so keto like a dessert containing sugar and wheat flour, regular cornbread, pasta or potatoes; but 80% of the time I eat very low carb and as close to the keto regimen as possible.

I made this last week after watching this video and it's really a delicious bread, especially toasted with butter! I think it's my favorite so far. I did one thing differently by adding some flax meal to it. It gave a little but more texture and we get the benefits of flax. Thank you for the recipe and the great demo!!

Thank you for the video and recipe! Miss Avery was none to pleased with the carpet installers today. Poor little dear. She's a great guard dog for sure! Since the making of this video, a good number of bakers have come out with keto friendly bread. I have tried many, but, to me, Arnold's white keto bread is pretty good and close to taste and texture some regular white breads I have tried. Still, most loaves of keto bread run about $5+/loaf. Regardless, I am going to give this recipe a try. Again, thank you so much for all that you do! Cheers! 🙂💖🙏

Thanks for this. You might want to look at Kristie Sullivan’s variation of soul bread. Xanthan gum: take consolation: the bag will last for years. The whey protein isolate is very expensive, but health is wonderful thing. Much love and appreciation Maria doing keto and I have great levels of cholesterol, triglycerides, etc, blood sugars and have more energy and nice weight loss (which is not the point for me; better health and lower inflammation is why I do it. It is a lot of work doing the cooking and exploring new ways, new ingredients—-which you don’t have to do to do Keto, but if one likes to cook and eat a variety of tasty dishes, yes, you do the work! Why do the people that bake these breads not scrape the sides of the bowls and make sure everything you mixed goes into the baking pan??

Excellent video! I wish there was a whey protein isolate substitute? The Xzanthum gum is cheap on Amazon. You can get a huge bag!
