The slow on his passive did pass the testing and got released into the live servers but the problem was that the slow was almost a rival to Nasus especially with the Q slow as well.

the teleport thing could have added more depth to his skill expression and have a more unique design on it with the return of the Q and such, but yeah he would probably be too strong because of it, and the fact that he's a ap champ too

Like the april fools yasuo that can shoot 8 tornadoes and velkoz than can fire 5 lasers

That passive in a new champ (w/o the healing and stuff just the 3 hits and tp) could actually work on a cool champ

The TP with just a short movement speed and Mordekaiser W and prob Sett's E could be a cool kit for a champ

There should be a game mode in league where everyone has their most broken load out that they came up with, I just feel like it would be just urf but even more chaotic
