Plattsmouth's water treatment upgrade leaves customers with temporary mess

Despite assurances that their water is safe to drink, some Plattsmouth residents say it doesn't look that way. A major overhaul of the city's treatment plant has left the water supply with a tint, but it's only temporary. Convincing 4,000 customers not to worry is a tough task.
