Asian Streetfood: How to make stuffed tofu with beef / Indonesian Tahu Isi sapi

Selamat datang! Welcome to Bianca's Homecooking channel. Today I'll show you how to make stuffed tofu with a beef filling. This recipe takes me back to my Indonesian roots. In Indonesia this snack is called Tahu isi and normally people eat it with a red chilli peper on the side. Because I can't handle the heat, I left the chilli peper out. ;-) Hope you enjoy my recipe.
