Love the video, great recommendation for the order of products. I am hoping to surprise my girlfriend with an at home spa day. I am a little bit lost in the product choices and order of doing things.
I already found out a lot of stuff and different products, but I am still overwhelmed with the choices. I was hoping I could get some advice on my current morning spa treatment.. Are these actions in the right sequence?
- Shower (use body scrub, dead sea face scrub, shower gel)
- Apply body lotion
- Steam face (hot water with essentials oils)
- Exfoliate
- Apply face mask + cucumber slices on eyes
- Apply hyaluronic acid face serum with Gua Sha
- Apply day creme and eye creme, massage face with amethyst face roller
- Have breakfast
