The amount of detail in this fight is insane. I've lost count of how many times I've rewatched it but I just noticed this:

Look at the smoke and the colors. Time resumed at the 9 second mark, and then Jotaro stopped it again. I always thought there was no break between both time stops but there was, and Jotaro fooled Dio, who instead of noticing the crash did indicate that time started moving again, he gives one of his speeches for 2 seconds thinking it's his doing, and just like Jotaro, he can't move any longer in the other's time stop.
It's so much work for something so little. What an amazing anime.

3:32 this scene is literally like a movie. Everything is done so well and the details are all there. You can clearly get a sense of how Jotaro is fighting for his life as road roller is slowly moving descending further and further down. This is a masterpiece
