Moist Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
60g unsweetened cocoa
Pinch of salt2 tsp baking powder
70g unsalted butter, room temperature
170g granulated sugar
50g vegetable oil
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
250ml warm milk
In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder, then set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the sugar with the butter, then add the vegetable oil. Add the eggs and vanilla extract.
Pour in the warm milk, mix, and gradually add the flour mixture.
Divide the batter among the paper liners.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.Bake for about 25 minutes.
