This theme, accompanying the burning tower and Ezio leaving basically has a small meaning. It's like Ezio is planting fear to his enemies, the burning tower is but a signal that Ezio is coming to take the lives of the Borgia leaders

It's not quite the same without the sound of the tower exploding, but damn this is a cool track, I love burning the towers just so I can hear this and see the cutscene.

I started playing this game again after picking up the Ezio collection recently. As soon as this track played after burning the first tower, it reminded me how much I missed that tune and the power of setting them on fire. Gonna be sad when I get to burn the last tower.

The calm part after the tower is destroyed basically represents the area being transitioned out of the evil and oppression of the Borgia. Always found it very fitting.
