The Ukraine Foreign Ministry issued a statement urging Turkmenistan to arrest Russian President Putin ahead of his visit to the Central Asian country. Ukraine urged Turkmenistan to comply with the ICC warrant for President Putin and asked it to refrain from holding joint events with him. Turkmenistan, however, ignored the appeal as President Putin arrived in Ashgabat on Friday morning for a working visit to participate in an international forum. Watch.
