I am loving where they are going with the supernatural corner of the MCU. The stories and characters (and teams of characters) are set up nicely for many strong projects. Id like to see some connection between Dormamu and Mephisto in the future to help the connectivity...but other than that...bring it on!!!

I'm glad this idea hasn't been scrapped. I recall hearing I think from your channel they were streamlining and cutting down a bunch of projects.

I think I saw some rumors around 🤔 2022 when they were filming the Agatha All Along show, they were filming the Mephisto special at the same time. I think I recall seeing that from Marvel Direct around that point in time. Also that they had Sacha Baren Cohen as Mephisto...I'm not sure how true any of what I said is or was confirmed. But this video reminded me of what I had seen from a few years ago.

For your question, I don't know if I see him as big bad that everyone gathers up for Avengers style level. But I can see him as a mess around with people's heads and taking on small teams of people. Little scarier that way. As well as maybe messing with people in small corners of Marvel.

However in the main horror section of Marvel, I can see him out and proud with lots of people and doing stuff to The Midnight Suns.

It only makes sense that they would slip in Dr. Doom Easter Eggs or appearances wherever they can, to build up his threat level.

Midnight Sons vs Mephisto for sure. I could see them easily turning what they have with Blade into a Midnight Sons film.

He’s already sort of enlisted Dane Whitman, so really all the film would have to do is introduce a character like Ghost Rider and allow the three to team up with any of the following, Moon Knight/Agatha/Werewolf/ManThing, someone is already established so that when background is needed it will focus on Blade and Ghost Rider. As we already got a little bit about Dane Whitman’s background so all we’d need to see is how his family came into possession of the sword.

Since, at this point in the MCU, we should be much further in the story with certain characters, I say a Midnight Sons team up is more important than a solo Blade film right now (all because Blade has already been vocally introduced).
