I cried. As an Italian father I can’t imagine this. I want to feed this girl and get her back to a good weight and strength. Bless this child.

People who have weight and mental health issues either to thin or to fat and don’t gaslight us about celebrating their body type I will support 110%.

As someone that had to work over a decade to overcome my ED, can I just say how incredibly happy it makes me to see someone in the fitness world actively support and encourage this girl!? ❤❤❤ I can't tell you how difficult recovery is and how discouraging those around us are. I have "friends" to this day that still poke fun and give me a hard time for still being underweight (93lb 5'5 - and gaining- compared to 70lb) like that's supposed to be helpful when in reality it just makes relapse so much more likely of an event. Thank you, sir, for raising the bar. ❤❤

Underweight people trying to reach healthy weight is not talked about often enough. I went through being 38kg 164cm (83lbs 5"4) from the overworking stress, depression and stomach ulcer. Apparently, I shouldn't complain about it, while it's perfectly fine for overweight people to complain about their weight because they'd die to have what I have. I hated the double standard. It's ok for them to say I wish I was skinny like you, and they get offended if I said I wish I were thicker like you, don't they?? Thanks for making this video, I appreciate it.
❤ from the slim community.

I see a girl like this at my gym, I saw her transformation over 3 or 4 years. I never talk to her but I actually feel really proud and inspired by her ❤
God bless her wherever she is ❤

I hate the double standard we so often see in terms of "body positivity". I know SO MANY people who would sh!t a brick if anyone DARED to suggest someone should lose a few pounds, but they would have NO PROBLEM suggesting that an underweight person needs to "eat a sandwich, girl!!" when they don't realize that sometimes it's about as easy for an underweight person to "eat a sandwich" as it is for an overweight person to "put the sandwich down". Thank you for showing love and support to this gorgeous young lady who is out here trying to save her own life ❤

It makes me cry to see supportive gym content like this. it’s so hard to want to get out there and do better when there’s so much judgement at the gym and online, and it’s hard to know what to do without help. i appreciate this.

Im also a recovering anorexic who has reached a healthy weight and its always nice and encouraging to see others who are doing the same. I always looked for videos and people like her to keep me motivated in my recovery when I first started. I still do :)

I'm glad this is being addressed. My daughter weighs 93 pounds. She has 2 children and struggles to keep weight on. People joke about her weight, but she tries so hard to keep it up. To the point of stomach pains. Skinny girl problems are real, too!

If only people understand that this is what goes through the head of 99.9% of gym goers, we are just glad you are there and making progress
