People do that in every part of hospitality. My favorite is when people walk into a hotel thinking the receptionist are doing absolutely nothing And then they asked 20 million questions you could find on the website. Then they ask you what the price would be for a makeup vacation They're not planning. All the while you have audits, you have checks, You have guests who need requests and you can't do your job because you have to help somebody who's never going to be a customer at th place you're working.
