Great topic, great video. For me, compressor: compassion. Limiter: brainworx limiter (I love it for kick drums). Reverb (Valhalla Vintage Verb), Izotope's Spectral Denoise for tape noise reduction, and Ozone's free Stereo Imager 2.

try the Kush Audio Novatron and UBK 2 against the Waves TG12345, and the Kirchhoff EQ instead the Pro Q3; you don't be disappointed.

The pulsar sidekick is incredible, it has that thick black bottom end juice. Only thing that comes close is the chandler germanium compressor

Ah no way, Sonic Ranch is one of my favorite studios in the world. When you go, ask Tony about "Geronimo" the raccoon :) Plus another bizarre coincidence is that me and you probably bumped shoulders a few times... I worked a lot with Andy Wright in Metropolis in the early 2000's and I recorded at Mayfair during In Rainbows :) Small world. Enjoy Texas!

Greetings from Germany, Elysia has really affordable amazing gear too, only the Alpha, Museq and MCompressor (19") are expensive. I really recommend checking out that gear 🙂.
