Army of super mutants is an understatement! This guy made ENTIRE tribes of Gene-humans which he calls the 'New Man' and they've lives for MANY generations aboard his ship which they keep operating. Not by technical understanding but for example simply living in the coolant rooms for generations you have understanding of what goes where to make the 'home rumble again'. He accepted and worked along side many chaos Apothecarys just in search of all knowledge. Even ALOWING (although not liked) a apothecary of NURGLE to perform a resurrection autopsy for him on one of his clone bodies. Dude is so badass he even managed to somehow implant something like 114 different lethal micro bombs, toxins, poisons, or whatever into a Word Bearer Demon Wisperer and tamed him in such a way where if Fabius where to die so would he.

I give Fabius a bit of respect- when someone pointed out that, if he ever finishes his experiments and creates the perfect evolution of humanity to replace them, he will have to be destroyed as well, he acknowledged he was building a world he'd have no place in. I respect that.
