I have the same model and it's been more than 1 year, I have no issues with it at all. I have the issue with CPU, it gets overheated while its at load. I have contacted the Acer Team and they suggested a process, which ruined the performance even more.

Mine uses Ryzen 7 5700U + Geforce RTX 3050ti and I have no issues up to this day bought it maybe around 2 years ago

Acer made the worst laptop, whether it is acer aspire 7 or Nitro 5.. i also have aspire 7, i am facing fan noise issue from 2 months, i repaired it from acer service centre but it occurs again.. and the latest problem is hinge issue.. hinge started making weird sound.. i never buy acer products again. My laptop is only 1 yr old

bhai mai 2 months se use kar raha hu aur laptop se hi comment kar raha mera wala tho sahi hai koyi problem nahi hai is laptop ko ghar me 2 bache bi yahi use kar rahe hai gaming ke liye ye laptop bilkul mast hai but koyi koyi unit me problem hoga iska matlab pura series hi kharab nahi hai
