Power Problems Lead to an Unexpected Moving Day

On this Airstream Life vLog, we continue having issues with the 30amp power at the Spokane KOA. After talking to a maintenance guy and realizing we probably would not be able to run our A/C for most of the next couple of days (in 99-degree heat) Courtney jumps on the phone and finds us 50amp service 1.5 hours away in Wilbur WA. Since it is in the direction we were going to go anyway...we head out! Nothing special about the park in Wilbur but we have power and A/C and good WiFi so we're good for a couple of nights.

You both look so much more happier....if you get to Walla Walla give me a shout. I just bought a 19' Bambi. Starting a new life next year.

Most KOA's that I've seen have no to little shade. State Parks usually do, so you can get by without a/c.

Please leave a review on RV Park Reviews to let others know about the power problem.

I have a question on your tires. It looks like you are running the BFG AT K02. I am looking at buying a set for our 1/2 pickup. My question is do you notice a rougher ride or increased road noise with those tires? I guess the simpler question is are you happy with them?

Haha, I said it last time, I would have moved on. You did the right thing. It's good to have down days anyway, get work done, relax, recharge. Even though we aren't full time yet, even our long trips, we build in relax days.

Why are you guys not boondocking as much as you did last summer?

I could watch your ridiculously cool dogs all day lol. You may have answered this question before, but when you visit national parks where dogs aren’t allowed on the trails and you want to go hiking, what do you do with the pups?
