Arvind Kejriwal's Key Promise To Women Ahead Of Punjab Polls

Arvind Kejriwal, Aam Aadmi Party supremo and Delhi Chief Minister, made a key announcement in Punjab's Moga today in the run-up to the 2022 state polls. He announced that if the AAP comes to power in the state, every woman above 18 will be getting Rs 1,000 every month in her bank account.

Although I am a substantial Kejriwal fan, I didn't like this step. Giving Facilities is something else and transferring money directly into account is something else. I would have liked him announcing a free bus kind of thing but not this one.
