Big up Super, tell the outspoken vendor, she has to get a portable (folding) shed, I see people in China use a folding thing wher the past a cart also drive a van and whe they set it up it's a restaurant tables and chair with a small kitchen and when they finish they fold it an go with it. She can modified her van.
