If you sell those you’ll need to include a warning for allergens, my 7 year old sis is allergic to seafood and she can’t even be near it without needing a medical intervention so the realization that some food molds for decoration could be made with the contaminating allergens is pretty frightening. Like obviously we’re not gonna order anything shaped like something that could kill her but my cousin is allergic to lactose just as badly and his buddy bought him a lactose free birthday cake made to look like a pile of different cheeses 😅

Honestly to help make sure it’s clean I would do a thin layer of chocolate so that any pieces get pulled out! Then throwing those out and cleaning the normal way.
