What I could suggest is if you are using NVIDIA make sure that Whisper Mode is enabled in GeForce Experience and optimize the game(s) then, open NVIDIA Control Panel under 3d Settings > Manage 3d Settings > Program Settings > 1. (select a program to customize: Genshin Impact (genshinimpact.exe) not Genshin Impact (launcher.exe) > 2. High Performance > 3. WhisperMode (set your preferred fps).

I've looked all over the internet for instances where people get banned for doing this. haven't found any so far so fuck it. lets see what happens.
