Some Australians have seafood & salads or barbeque for Christmas whilst others (like my family) have more traditional of turkey, ham, chicken & roasted vegetables. Trifle, plum pudding with brandy custard, cream or ice cream for dessert.

Yes, we have a drawer for tablecloths and place mats! Home truly is where the heart lives. I can just tell you are with your family. We do the same--open our gifts [and, hugs around] let the cats play with the wrapping paper for a while as I yell "save the bows", eat good food and watch videos. It's a perfect way to spend the day.
