50” MUSKIE CATCH | FISHING ONTARIO 2023 (PART 1)

Wow, is this something to never forget! Amazing day up in Canada fishing for smallies and walleye and to top it off with a 50” Muskie is unbelievable.

We were fishing 5-10ft of water with a lipless crank bait all day. Caught a bunch of walleye and smallies in this video as well as the biggest fish I’ve personally ever held. From the surprising hook set to the 10 minute long fight to the grab and pull into the boat, this is a catch to not forget!

The muskie was handled very carefully and we made sure to take extra time to ensure she swam off nice and healthy as seen in the video.

there are huge muskie on georgian bay...we visited a park in the 60's..my sister kept taking a log out and coming back, only it wasn't a log...one time I got her off it, and grabbed her arm, and said Annie(her name) do logs have eyes, no she said, its just a log...I said yeah, well
look at this..and she watched its eye follow my finger, well she screamed, and ran off to get my dad, I yelled bring a ranger, too...to the muskie,
I said nice try. This one had gone rogue, it was hungry and was taking kids over the deep drop off, diving and taking a drowned human for food. The Ranger took our phone number and within a month called my father to say, that they caught it doing it again...this time a young boy.
They came up both sides of it grabbed the boy and harpooned the muskie...they said it was over 100 years old...gotta watch them logs...
