Overwatch 2: SPACE RANGER teased in Season 11!

Space Ranger is dropping into Overwatch 2 in a very literal way in a new in-game teaser.

With the launch of season 11, something interesting is happening on specific West Coast American maps in Overwatch. In the sky above the Hollywood, Blizzard World, and Route 66 maps, a blue, fiery comet appeared that seemed to be plummeting to earth.

The big question here is, of course, why is a comet flying over these maps, and why these maps specifically? Let's have a look.

I remember thinking of abilities for Spaceranger a while back and one of them was she would be able to fly so fast she looked like comet and could smash intro the ground similar to Wrecking Ball. I mean the devs did say she had vertical mobility

Area 51 is in Nevada which is in the western USA like all of the maps with the comet. She could crash land at Area 51

I love stuff like this, I really hope we get a comet landing site on one of the maps when she does come out. We really do need more stuff like that. It's totally unrealistic now, but ever since the game came out, I was SURE we would get a totally overhauled 2nd point of Hollywood to reflect a new movie being filmed. That could be such a fun dynamic map. Awesome video! Im SO hyped for Comet! I mean space ranger.
