The exploration of drippers from the Keone Nunes Drop continues. This time, we're checking out the Timemore B75 Crystal Eye dripper. According to Timemore's website, the 75 degree angled slopes provide consistent layering of coffee grounds and accelerated flow rate (is this a good thing?), and with twenty inward-sloping grooves it enhances the flow to give smoother control and optimal extraction. We're going to give it a go with the House Nation from Spro Coffee. Let's Get Into It!

As an old school kissaten guy that grew up in the age of dark roasts, I enjoy Hoshino’s and Komeda Coffee cafes in Japan. They are both ubiquitous chains that are known more for their food and desserts, but they both make respectable coffee, to my taste at least. Hoshino’s is hand dripped ( in a nell dripper I believe) as is Komeda. They both have different blends to try.
They are all over Tokyo so easy to run across them as you explore the city.

I tend to change the grind setting since it’s so convenient. Changing the brewer seems to be more troublesome

Raw bitter melon is bitter but also floral tasting … at least the white bubbly ones.

That brewer can take a Kalita 155 and the Stagg X can take 185. Does not seem like an issue.
