I went from one extreme to the other when I first bought mine. I was going to build from scratch and ended up buying a new '15 laguna iq. I wasnt bothered by the challenge just the cost difference. Convenience/time and some extra zeros won in the end. Making money from designs and machine would be nice but i'm a hobbyist at heart. And i dont have time. Yet? Anyway great vid as usual and nice to see my old stumpin grounds. McDaniels.

My CNC mill has been a paperweight for a long time now because I don't want to support subscription-based CAD or CAM. The only options are free CAD and Blender CAM, and unfortunately, there are no good tutorials on YouTube to help a noob get started.
