Wow Shadowlands - How to Skip Story Line on Alt

Once u finished quest in the maw and telported to the Oribos u get Quest to choose 1- to continue the story line or 2 - skip storyline and making world quest side and outside

As of this week I came back to wow and have passed this on an alt and this WAS NOT a screen that ever came up for me. DO I NEED TO FINISH THE STORYLINE ON MAIN FIRST FOR THIS TO COME UP? I have passed this on my main but I have not finished the story in full. Just got to maldraxxus and level 54 on main.

Nope. Finished Maw and got to Oribos same stuff all the way to a tour of the place and opened a portal to Bastion. Nevr got any quest to skip anything. I already have one toon who is lvl 60 and completed everything except choosing the covenant...Im waiting on that. Is that the reason I am not getting to skip??? Did your first toon choose a covenant?

Not working.. All the time i am there with my alts i cannot chose these two options. 😔
I think you play it on beta where is different patch

what is you finished on the main, but started on the alt before that? can I redo introduce my alt so I can skip it ?
