What does it take? Obviously talent but that can only take you so far. What important is time, dedication and the thrive to do what ever it takes to improve be it VOD reviews, hours in custom matches to practice line up or trolling Reddit/YouTube for new tricks.

Its really just talent some hard work and being able to brand yourself and stream as much as possible. Alot of esports teams are looking for players with at least some clout to their name.

I believe talent does give a big boost in games HOWEVER nothing beats hard work and grinding. I know many players that have grinded their ass off and become better players than the "talented" players that are known in valorant
