I am parent of student who has given NEET 2024 exam and and scored 638 with rank 40k+. NTA has been involed in unfair means by selling exam paper beforehand to students in Patna were arrests were made and FIR was filed i have attached newspaper for the proof. One of the student who scored good has already committed suicide and chances are many other students will be on verge of the same act due to NTA's induldges in unethical and immoral means.
Excersicing my right to information act, i am seeking below information which should be direct and to the point and no bluffing around which seems to be the case with NTA.

1- What is normalization of marks, on what basis do you provide these marks? How many marks per minute wasted? How can a student apply for it?
2- How NTA has ensured that PATNA paper leak was not limited to 20 students only and what action has been taken?
3- Did NTA investigated who has leaked those paper from their staff or forwarded complaint to any investigating agency of the country?
4- How did you manage to get the work delivered 10 days before TAT with the same NTA staffing as planned. Did you hire extra people just to speed up the result process and released it 10 days in advance, what motive does this serve if you used extra resources and money of the country to release it 10 days in advance?
5- If Online test can be done online in Multiple Shifts in major cities which cuts crores of expenses and also maintains the transparency to a greater extent why NTA is spending crores of rupees to a pen an paper mode, Is NTA trying to remain this way to promote UFM ?
6- Can you please explain reason behind relesing result exactly on june 04 evening at the end time of voting count closure, is NTA biased and politically motivated.
7- Disowning a case of paper leak with money with proofs arrests and FIRs at the time of election raises a question of being involved in unenthical means to influence election how do you respond to that?
8- What led to reopening of application form window and if it was mass public request what the basis that you had enough number of requests to reopen the form window? how many applications were registered during that window and their name and rank list?
9- What statistics and probability justifies the rank hyperinflation as the INDIA'S preparation resources remain as usual and increased with usual rate, then why the rank inflation is not as usual?

Sunil sir, please not only expose NTA but scrapp NTA conducting body, how come anyone still believe in NTA, what if they do again such things in 2025 also, it's better to remove all this problem from base, so removing NTA would be the best solution and bring new transparency conducting body specially for NEET 🙏

Things NTA needs to explain -
1) how did the cut off increase so steeply this year 640-10, 000
This year 640-40, 000
Last year 650-7, 000
This year 650-30, 000
Last year 675-2, 500
This year 675-12, 000(all approx figures)
2)last year 2 students scored 720/720 and last to last year no body scored 720, but this year suddenly around 70 students are scoring 720/720 and many of those are having very close application number which means that they probably had same centre .
3)how are some students scoring 719 and 718, which has never been seen before.
4)Why did Jhajjar have it's own different NEET paper ..with different difficulty level from actual NEET paper.
5) maximum 5-10 number can be the inflation in one year ....not 50-60 number... something is fishy ...we want re-NEET
