It’s good for people holding LSCM car meets. With the issues in the invite only lobbies, and having to add everyone as friends to get them into the lobby, it’s useful.

This sort of works still. Im not in a solo public lobby but a “GTA ONLINE (CREW, 1)”. Im able to do BOSS missions solo and do just about everything like the old solo public lobbies!

Finally! I get to enjoy public sessions again! (Method still works as of December 2023). Also, damn, you weren't kidding about this being a very fast method, its ten times as fast as the old "NAT trick" method i used to use before rockstar patched it out. Here's hoping this method is here to stay.

Recently patched at least on Xbox One.

Too bad that was super easy. I can still pull the ethernet cable from my router for about a second but it usually takes me 3-5 tries.

Just so you’re aware you don’t actually have to be in an invite only session joining a crew session always puts you in a solo lobby
