You won't believe this but, I put the skull on a hill in front of a mountain and the mountain has a valley, I added the whole body to the dragon, after that I built houses and shops and stuff to the valley and called it Bonesburro valley

I recommend using smooth quartz since it was added to Minecraft in 1.16. It gives it a nice and smooth texture.
