RECIPE (1 glass, 45min prep time)
-1 can (400ml) coconut milk
-1/2 cup (120g) sugar
Bring to a light boil.
Simmer 30-40min and stir occasionally until it has thickened a little.
Store in the fridge up to 1 week.

They also sell sweetened condensed coconut milk in cans if you don’t feel like making your own. We use it in the cafe I work at every day.

We caramelize the sugar and then add the coconut milk and boil for long (never measured the time) and have dulce de leche. Never thought about that way.
But the dulce de (coco)leche is the best for pancakes or chocolate cakes ... sometimes we even put some margarine in there...

NO WAY!!! palačinke with condensed milk is my favourite combo ever, and whilst making a vegan crepe is easy, making vegan condensed milk has always been a challenge. i CANT WAIT to try this recipe, if this works its only logical for me to get your cookbook

...you can use canned products WAY past their "expiration" date.

The only way to know if it's expired is to open it.
Don't look at the SELL by date.
People are throwing away good food by looking at dates that are for the sellers not the buyers
