first i say thank you very much to provide valueable information and good teaching method in python
sir i have some problem when i run pip install request in cmd or idl shell its not installed properly.its showed
retry total connection1, 2, 3 its broken proxy, because the target mechine actively refused.when i run it.
so please tell me how to i activate pip py2exe install in my system.and how to i solve this problem sir

i used python 2.7.11 version. windows version 10
