My sister was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2001. A survivor. My hero! Just this year my SIL was diagnosed with breast cancer and so far so good after a mastectomy!💕 🎀

Congratulations, Bonnie! Beautiful stitching! Mom does look good in that color…her eyes were shining! I’m loving the perforated paper, and that shadow box finish is cool! Strawberry Faire is already so sweet! Thanks for the heads up about the flosses. Your video was “something fun”! 💕

Your mom is a lovely lady. You look very much like her. I bet you were so surprised to see her wearing that sweatshirt. How fun! Well, I wasn't able to finish the tour. I made it to 6 out of the 8 shops. I was thinking I had another day, Sunday, to finish, but it ended on Saturday. I just needed one more day. For people who work, it's very hard to finish, but I had a great time anyway. It was so nice to meet you and see your shop and get a feel for what you carry.

I found a tumor 7 years ago, had surgery, chemo, surgery and radiation. With my type, if it doesn’t come back in 5 years you are considered cured. So, I’m cured!! And then my sister got breast cancer too, but a different type. She is fine too. Do your self exams, mine wasn’t visible on mammogram!

Cute pic of your Mom. I did the waste canvas too many yrs ago :) a one of a kind!! Congrats on the ribbons Bonnie, gorgeous work!!! Definitely enter the HOD shadow box & the SB, both are so nice! Cute ones that Marlane stitched too. Fun Haul for finishing pieces. Hmmm, maybe a Dark Blue or a Pink 👍on SWTH piece. Tough disease ....

Mom looks adorable with her sweatshirt!

One of my best friends has just gone through treatment for breast cancer. To cheer her up, all of our friends started sending funny cartoons on Facebook to cheer her up. We still do it and it’s helped others along the way.

in regards to your vintage stitch: I never did the waste canvas route but I did stitch the duplicate stitch on sweaters. One for my mom and one for my MIL.

Your mom is so cute - glad you get to see her often. The lemon grass thread that I have is very light, too. It blends right in with the celery that's also in the design I'm working on. I get kind of grumpy about that. It's good to see a Flosstube from you again and your projects! Bonnie, I enjoyed all of your fair entries! The judges really make some odd comments sometimes.

My dad was diagnosed with lugn cancer and it was spread in his brain when it was found. There was no treatment for it. He got radiation in his brain and lugns to ease symptoms and he died after 3, 5 months.😢
