Carrot
Ginger
Garlic
Cabbage
Chili
Chayote
Pineapple tidbits
Cooking oil
Soy Sauce
Oregano
Sea salt

Instructions:
Chop the carrot, ginger, cabbage, chili and chayote into equal sized strips.
Chop the garlic into desired size.
Heat up a pan in medium heat and add in the cooking oil.
Then the chili and ginger. Cook until fragrant.
After a few minutes, add in the carrots and cook until they are soft.
Then add in the chayote. Add in the oregano, salt and pepper, according to taste.
Mix the whole thing well and then add in the cabbage.
After a few minutes, add in the soy sauce and then the pineapple tidbits.
Optionally, you can add in a cornstarch slurry so that the whole mixture thickens. Serve with rice and enjoy!
