Hey great video. One problem I had with my 3020 was upgrading cpu from i3 4130 to i5 4590 is that it introduced a restart freeze issue.
Everything else worked fine but any process which needed a restart would require a manual power off/on. Solution was to drop the i3 back in and
upgrade the bios from version A02 to A03. Put i5 back in...all is well.

50 USD ? I'm buying a Dell Optiplex 3020 PC for 230 € instead of 800 € on Saturday because it's over 5 years old! My last PC is twice as old!
A friend of mine ordered it from Wish as far as I know and assured me that it was not a gaming PC, as I only needed one with which you can stream films and series!

$50 gaming PC! Just find one for 1/3 their usually going price, add power supply and graphics card which everyone just has lying around, and voila! You're a genius!

8pin power connecters have become the norm in newer dell computers so i wouldn't call it particularly an old design

I just got one of these 3020's sff with an i5 processor and I'm pretty satisfied with gaming so far with no graphics card in it yet although my standards for good speed in gaming isn't tough to cross lol but I plan to get a graphics card soon so it can be even better than it is now

I have a dell 7020 sff with i7 4790 32gb ram and 1650 it’s a bit of a sleeper I was playing halo mcc and it runs so smooth no frame drops and my dad didn’t believe me at first that it was running off what looks like a old office computer lol so much hidden potential they have.

I got a 9020 with i7-4790 for $90, i might keep it for a while since it can still run a gtx 1060 which is perfect for 1080p gaming. I instead spent on an AOC curved 144 hz gaming monitor.

Awesome deal. That would be great for me right now. I have a Dell Optiplex SFF 3010. I am running out of storage and I hate the SFF style, but I can't complain too much it was free from my Nephew.

I may purchase this same optiplex 3020, large form, and put in a 3060 and my own power supply.. issue is, the dell 8 pin power... has anyone used or is it okay to use a 24-pin to 8-pin adapter?

all the optiplexes i can find are never the full size ones unless you wanna spend £200 ($250) for them. even the SFF size cost £90 ($100) at CHEAPEST.
