Bourbon Glaze Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. grated garlic
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. bourbon
- 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- Bluehouse Salmon filets
- 3/4 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. green onions

Steps:
1. In a bowl, add the following ingredients: garlic, brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, lime juice, and ginger
2. Mix ingredients
3. Place Bluehouse Salmon into a ziplock bag
4. Pour wet ingredients in bag and marinate for 30 minutes
5. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
6. Add Bluehouse Salmon to skillet
7. Cook fish 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes
8. Plate salmon on bed of greens
9. Top with sesame seeds
10. Sprinkle serving with green onions
