The top speed on these Swedish heavies feels like such a lie. Even downhill with a wind in your back you are hardly getting up to it.

The 60 mm of side armor the Emil II has is a huge upgrade over the side armor of the Emil I at 20 mm (which can be overmatched by pretty much every gun it might ever see with the exception of a few low caliber LT guns). If you see the side of an Emil I you can penetrate it regardless of angle even through the tracks.

if not mistaken broken track will make turning the tank slower. acceleration also will be affected as well.

track traverse doesn, t get affected by damaged tracks

Yes QB it does affect tracks, idk where are ppl getting info from but its even on WoT Wiki "If a track is damaged, the vehicle will move at a reduced speed." You can also test it for yourself on something like KV1 or light tank.

so quickybaby does repairing your tracks takes your track traverse back to normal ? or damaged tracks do not affect the track traverse ?

I finished the grind to the kranvagn and the things i hate the most about these tanks is: 1. all of them are pretty light weight so you cant ram 90% of tanks. 2. the turret rotates at a speed like its damaged. 3. COMBO between 1 and 2 -> you get pushed away by allies and because of your turret rotation while you unload you will miss a shot or 2. and 4. most of the time you need competent team mates, the reload isn't fast and you get rushed down before you reload. Oh and bonus for Emil 1. This tank has 20mm side armor = get overmatched all day.

If I'm not mistaken broken tracks affect your ground resistances, not sure about tank traverse tho.
